Polytechnics Mauritius is recruiting a Part-Time Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Cyberpreneurship to deliver engaging, practical and level-appropriate training to students. The lecturer will contribute to the delivery of Cyberpreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Cyberpreneurship modules using practical and experiential learning
- Design course content, learning materials and assessments
- Facilitate business idea development, innovation and entrepreneurial projects
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Use digital teaching tools and platforms
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship, Business, Management, Marketing or a related field, with at least 7 years of relevant professional experience; OR a Master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience: Relevant professional or entrepreneurial experience; digital business development experience is an advantage
Skills: Strong understanding of entrepreneurship and business development; ability to facilitate practical projects; knowledge of digital business models; strong communication and facilitation skills
Portfolio: All applicants must submit a professional portfolio demonstrating relevant practical work, projects and industry experience in the specialist area for which they are applying (specially for design and marketing relevance part). The portfolio should clearly demonstrate the applicant’s level of technical competence, creativity and professional practice.
