Holding a Master’s in Sports Business Management (Merit) and First-Class Honours in International Tourism Management from the University of Central Lancashire UK, he brings over 20 years of international experience.

Following the institution’s awarding status, his team launched 15 diploma programs and 18 short courses. Strategic partnerships with premier hospitality brands and internationally ranked institutions have created a thriving academic-industry ecosystem, achieving a 98% graduate employment rate with alumni securing senior positions in leading resorts.

Holding a PGCert HE and an MSc in Tourism Management and Marketing, he is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors (FCIEA), UK. Passionate about developing future industry leaders, he combines academic theory with industry practice. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education (EdD) with City University Malaysia.

Mr. Jughdharree G. Shanil

Mr. Shanil (MCTH) brings over 20 years of teaching experience in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Marketing, and Management for both local and international learners. He has served as Senior Lecturer, Board Member, Head of Department, Administrator, Marketing and Event Manager, Trainer, and Educator, contributing extensively to Travel and Tourism curriculum development in Mauritius. He holds an Executive MBA, an MSc in Tourism Management with Marketing, and a BSc (Hons) in Tourism and Hospitality Management. He has a Degree in Culinary Arts from at B.H.M.S university in Lucerne in association with Robert Gordon University. His aim is to share his knowledge and experience with his students.
