The aims and objectives of the Ageing and Managing Disabilities course are to:

Equip learners with knowledge and competent skills to meet the growing demand for trained carers in elderly care and disability support.
Develop and improve competencies for individuals who want to provide care to elders and physically challenged persons.
Develop basic caregiving skills, including emotional support and companionship, to improve the quality of life of the recipient.
Enhance employability and entrepreneurial potential.
