To be eligible for the CIPDI program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Start-up or existing businesses with growth potential that can benefit from the CIPDI incubator services:
  • Undertaking pre-business research and development or testing an idea,
  • Working on a prototype.

Other conditions

  • In the process of establishing a new business for a ready-to-market product or service,
  • Team with Founder and Co-founder preferably,
  • Qualification Diploma or Higher,
  • Polytechnics Mauritius Students,
  • New Businesses,
  • Other University Students.

Successful applicants will be required to follow a short course on start-ups and then given the chance to create business plan as part of the CIPDI pre-incubation program over a 3 months’ time frame. The incubation program will last for another 6 months period, whereby start-ups would be required to develop and commercialise their product or service.
