On the 5th of November, our students from the Certificate in Tourism, Hospitality and Operations program at the Rodrigues campus organised a vibrant celebration of World Tourism Day, themed “Tourism and Peace.” This special event highlighted the importance of mutual respect and cultural diversity in fostering global unity. The day featured engaging activities like country face painting, photobooth sessions, cinema and food sales. Students proudly wore traditional attire, embracing and showcasing the cultural heritage that tourism brings to our world.
