As part of our collaboration with Rogers Hospitality, these students will have the opportunity to undertake placements in various business units at Heritage Resorts. The induction session covered fundamental elements including grooming etiquette, customer service, and table setup. They were warmly welcomed and treated as guests, allowing them to immerse themselves in the dynamic atmosphere of hotels.
