On September 9, the prestigious Bocuse D’Or Mauritius finals took place at École Hôtelière Sir Gaëtan Duval, Ebene, bringing together some of the finest culinary talents in the country.
We are proud to share that Parikshit Seegoolam, our former student from the first cohort of Diploma in Culinary Arts, was part of the winning team at One & Only Le Saint Géran. His journey from a dedicated PML student to Mauritius’ youngest Chef de Partie demonstrates the impact of hands-on learning, internships in prestigious hotels and international exposure.
Parikshit’s devotion, passion and return to Polytechnics for guidance played a key role in achieving this remarkable milestone. Next, he will represent Mauritius at the African Level in Morocco before aiming for the World Finals in Lyon 2027.
